Researcher in international relations and strategic affairs affiliated with the Islamabad Policy Research Institute (IPRI). She holds a degree in International Relations from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. Her research interests include geopolitics, regional security, the Indo-Pacific, water and energy security, and public policy, with a particular focus on Pakistan and the wider Asian region.
