Euromoney Conferences and the Ministry of Finance of the State of Kuwait will host the second annual Euromoney Kuwait Conference on the 21st of April 2009 in Kuwait.

More than 400 delegates attended our inaugural capital markets and investment event in Kuwait in March 2008. Twelve months later we return to examine what has changed, what the new investment stories are, whether global economic conditions are affecting the Gulf state's development, and how Kuwait's non-oil economy is coming out of the shadow of the world's 5th largest oil reserves.
